TYPES OF CARDS

Armor Cards: There are 6 types of Armor Cards. Each represents a specific aspect of the “suit of armor” Christians need to survive these last days. Certain Armor Cards are required to overcome different Adversity Cards. The “Sword of the Spirit” card is needed for every single Adversity.
– Belt of Truth (Ephesians 6:14) – Bible truths protect against spiritual attacks and false teachings.
– Breastplate of Righteousness (Ephesians 6:14) – Love for Jehovah’s standards protects our figurative hearts.
– Feet Shod in Readiness (Ephesians 6:15) – Always ready to share the Good News of God’s Kingdom.
– Large Shield of Faith (Ephesians 6:16) – Meet a wide variety of challenges because of strong faith. Cannot overcome “burning arrows” without it.
– Helmet of Salvation (Ephesians 6:16) – Our hope in God’s promises protects our minds from negative thinking and preserves our joy.
– Sword of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:16) – As our only offensive weapon, we must use it daily and it’s needed to overcome every adversity.

Road Cards: There are 4 types of road cards.
– Obstacle Cards present a minor stumbling block that players can overcome with a roll of the dice. If they do not overcome it, the turn moves on to the next player. No one can play another road card until the obstacle is overcome.
– Road Block Cards require a player to draw an Adversity Card and follow the directions on it. That player cannot continue gameplay until they have overcome their adversity. Other players can help them overcome the adversity during their own turn. They will do this instead of playing a Road Card.
– Meeting Together Cards: Christians need to meet together regularly to maintain their “suit of armor” and encourage one another. (Hebrews 10:24, 25) When someone plays one of these cards, they can either collect 2 Armor Cards of their choice or remove an Adversity Card for any player.
– The final type of Road Card is simply another step along the path to salvation and does not require any additional action for the players.

Adversity Cards: Each card presents a common challenge true Christians face in Satan’s wicked world. To overcome the challenge they will have to use the required Armor Cards. If they do not have all the needed cards, they can receive them from other players.
